Activator Method Technique (AMT)
The Activator Method is a low-force chiropractic technique that uses a handheld spring-loaded instrument to deliver precise, controlled adjustments. It is guided by specific biomechanical and neurological assessments, allowing targeted correction with minimal joint stress, making it suitable for patients who prefer a gentle, highly reproducible approach to spinal care.
